Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect the minimum, we never sell it, and your photographs stay yours.

What we collect
When you enquire through our booking form we collect your name, email address, shoot details and anything you choose to tell us in your message. When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address only. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to you, prepare your quote and, if you book, deliver the shoot. Newsletter emails are sent roughly once a month and every one includes an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
Your photographs
Client galleries are private and shared only with you. We occasionally feature selected work in our portfolio and on social media; for weddings and personal sessions we ask before publishing, and sensitive work is never shared without written permission.
Storage & retention
Enquiry emails are retained for up to two years so we can honour returning-client pricing. Raw files from shoots are archived for a minimum of twelve months after delivery. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@lumierestudio.co and we'll respond within 14 days.
