Terms of Service
Plain-language terms — the same ones that appear in your booking agreement.

Bookings & deposits
A date is reserved only once a signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable deposit are received. The remaining balance is due seven days before the shoot. Deposits may be transferred to a new date once, subject to availability.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you cancel more than 60 days before the shoot, everything beyond the deposit is refunded. Within 60 days, 50% of the total fee is due. If we must cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund including the deposit, plus our help finding a replacement photographer.
Deliverables & timelines
Preview galleries are delivered within 48 hours for weddings and events. Full galleries follow within three weeks for weddings and two weeks for other sessions. Timelines pause during any period we're waiting on client selections or approvals.
Usage & copyright
You receive a lifetime personal-use license for all delivered images: print, share and archive freely. Commercial clients receive a usage license scoped in the agreement. Lumière Studio retains copyright and may display selected work in its portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
Weather & force majeure
Outdoor sessions include one free weather reschedule. For events that cannot be moved, we plan covered alternatives in advance. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events genuinely beyond their control.
Liability
We carry professional equipment redundancy to every shoot (two bodies, duplicate cards, on-site backup). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected booking.
