Case Study — events
Lagos Tech Week
Three days, four stages, nine thousand attendees — full editorial coverage of West Africa's largest technology conference.
Conference photography lives or dies on logistics. Before the first keynote we had walked every stage, tested light at every hour the venue would be in use, and built a shared shot-list with the organisers' comms team so images could go out while sessions were still running.
Our three-person team delivered rolling same-day edits: speaker portraits within an hour of each talk, atmosphere sets at lunch and end of day. By closing night we had filed 1,400 selects — keynotes, hallway deals, the 2am hackathon floor.
Forty of those frames ran in national press coverage the following week, and the full library now powers a year of the conference's marketing.
Same-day edits that looked like magazine spreads. Our sponsors specifically asked who shot the event.
